Lakeview Pavillion Wedding | Ashley + Jake

Ashley and Jake had the most beautiful day for their summer wedding at Lakeview Pavillion!! While Jake was getting ready with his friends at a local hotel, Ashley spent the morning in her childhood home getting "bride ready" with her friends and dogs. While their dog, Bruno, was with Ashley while she got ready, he with them all day in spirit- from Jake's cufflinks, their custom cocktail napkins, and figurine on their wedding cake. As a dog person myself I adore every aspect of their pup in their day!!

First Look and Couple's Portraits at Lakeview Pavillion

Once the wedding parties made their way to the venue Jake and Ashley shared their first look on the side lawn of Lakeview. It was so sweet to see all the nerves of the day fall away as they saw each other and recapped their mornings. This time one of the biggest moments of a wedding day is when I feel so fortunate to photograph a couple's story. A first look is so real, vulnerable, and a true glimpse into a couple's relationship. It was beautiful to see Ashley and Jake fall into each other's arms.

After taking a few moments for each other we took some portraits of the two of them before meeting up with their wedding parties and families.

Lakeview Pavillion Wedding Ceremony in the Ballroom

They had their wedding ceremony in the ballroom which was decorated SO beautifully with white and blue blooms cascading down the arbor steps created by Elegant Blooms. The candles lined the aisle, classic white chairs for all their guests, and floor to ceiling windows at the back of the space gave the ceremony a truly elevated look and the perfect spot for A+J to say " I do".

Cocktail Hour

Guests enjoyed cocktail hour in the lobby while A+J took some remaining family portraits and couples photos. The space was decorated with pieces from Signs by Viv like their impressive blue and white seating chart, welcome sign, custom drink sign, and photo guest book table. They also had a seafood station and candy station for everyone to enjoy which are some of thier favorite things.

The reception space was held in the same ballroom the ceremony was in and was flipped during cocktail hour. The flowers that backdropped their vows now hosted their sweetheart table while all other tables were decorated with matching blue and white florals in both tall centerpieces and shorter bouquets with an assortment of sized floating candles arranged by Judys Village Flowers. Their classic cake was soooo cute with a little pup figurine to represent their dog Bruno!

Their wedding reception was such a blast- from them absolutely nailing their choreographed first dance to everyone dancing the night away with glow sticks under their new last name projected on the wall. We popped outside for some nighttime portraits under the bistro lights on the back terrace before our coverage ended and I reluctantly left their party!!

I'm SOOOOO happy for the new Mr. and Mrs. Soccorso and am thrilled that I was chosen to photograph this huge step in their beautiful love story!!!
